This implies that you can grant file access to all the desired people in your contact list. We invite these persons in your name so they can review the invoices without you having to interfere. A practical solution if you want to share your archive with your accountant.

Smarter accounting and protection against fraudulent invoices

Repeatedly retyping figures and numbers of invoices in your accounting application. Are these figures correct? No need for concern. We convert all your invoices to a digital format (UBL) which allows us to check the information for fraud. We will cross check the supplier’s identity and bank account information via authorized channels like the VIES data base and the VAT registration office. By additionally checking the amounts on the invoice, we prevent you from becoming a victim of fraudulent invoices. Your accounting software is able to automatically read in the converted invoice, so retyping is history. Adding a ledger is the only action required from you or your account. That’s what we call efficiency!
